Addiction Evaluations provides Assessments and Evaluations for Alcohol and Drug abuse/dependency, Anger Management, Sexual Offenses, Shoplifting/Theft, DOT Substance Abuse, DHR Multiple Offender Clinical Evaluations, Mental Health, Psychological, Probation Revocation, Parole Revocation and Habitual Violators. Assessments and Evaluations can be performed in a Correctional Facility upon request. Services with Addiction Evaluations include a completed and detailed Assessment and/or Evaluation are provided to appropriate referral source (i.e. Attorneys, Judges, Solicitors, Probation Officers, Parole Officers, other Criminal Justice Personnel as well as Department of Family and Children Services). Clients are also provided a copy of the Assessment/Evaluation.


MG Counseling offers group counseling for the following: Alcohol/Drug abuse/dependency, Anger Management and Sexual Compulsivity. DHR Multiple Offender Treatment Provider, Level 1.  For a very detailed outline of all services offered, please click here.

Services with MG Counseling include weekly or monthly progress reports, group attendance and discharge summary to appropriate referral source (i.e. Attorneys, Judges, Solicitors, Probation Officers, Parole Officers, other Criminal Justice Personnel as well as Department of Family and Children Services).

Both Addiction Evaluations and MG Counseling are available for court appearances. Payment plans are also available and no one is refused services.
